The Happiness Experiment

Hello there!

Here I am again blogging…

As you know I have a keen interest in personal development and just under 3 weeks ago I started what I call the “happiness experiment”.

“What is the happiness experiment?”  I hear you say.  Well, at the end of everyday you must list the following:

  1. 3 new things I am grateful for
  2. 1 positive experience you encountered in the day
  3. Exercise
  4. Email someone something nice
  5. Pray
  6. Perform a random act of kindness

This helps you to focus your mind on the good things in your life and causes you to be grateful for what you have. This experiment is meant to last for 21 days but I’ve gained so much from it that I’m making it a permanent fixture in my life.
